Landscape Ideas

Pitched primarily to private residential clients, a specialised ‘Landscape Ideas Service' is offered.

Home owners may not require fully-detailed landscape plans for their property, and may be keen to undertake much of the work themselves. It can be difficult however to know where to start; to come up with an overall concept for the best use of a particular space, to create something unique and to fulfil your requirements, or to simply have a plan to work towards.

This is where the ‘Landscape Ideas Service' can help. For a fixed fee of $790 (plus GST), a qualified landscape architect can provide an on-site consultation, measure up (to an appropriate level of detail for concept plans), and preparation of two full-colour concept plans for an area of your garden or property.

Plans are to scale (typically 1:100 so 1cm on the plan = 1m on the ground) and easy to set-out on site.

The ‘Landscape Ideas Service’ has a huge variety of applications. Some past projects have included:

Backyard landscape concepts for a new house on a typical domestic block.

Feature landscape design to enhance the ‘street appeal’ of a property.

New drought tolerant or lower maintenance concepts to fit in and complement an existing garden area.

Paving and / or planting treatments around a pool or spa.

Garden feature concepts incorporating both hard and soft landscaping elements.

Unique landscape elements to create a sense of identity.

Decking and / or outdoor dining and alfresco areas.

Concepts to increase the contemporary appeal of an existing garden.

Landscape modifications to better compliment the architectural style of buildings.
